JSG - Semi-automatic lubrication system for trucks

Benefit of using Automatic Lubrication System
The purpose of an Semi-automatic Lubrication System is to provide the right amount & type of lubricant to the right place at the right time.

The cost benefits of installing automated lubrication systems Include:
- optimum lubrication (fresh grease when and where required);
- grease seals out contaminants (seals work better);
- optimum bearing temperature (no under greasing or over greasing);
- Improved housekeeping (no environmental concerns and increased lubricant consumption due to
over greasing).

How does this translate to tangible cost savings?
Potential cost savings include:
- Replacement bearings (50-90% reduction)
- Replacement bearings labour (50-90% reduction)
- Down time / lost production (related to bearings)
- Lubricant consumption (10-50% reduction)
- Lubrication labour (periodic inspection)

How does this relate to intangible cost savings?
- Safety, improved method removes technicians from potentially dangerous rotating equipment
- Energy, better lubrication reduces friction
- Housekeeping, less environmental concerns

Proposed Solution: Semi-Automatic Progressive Grease Lubrication System

The tipper truck will be split into 4 grouping of progressive metering blocks which connected to front left axles (8 lubrication points) , front right axles (10 lubrication points) , rear axles (12 lubrication points) and tipper cylinders (8 lubrication points). All the progressive grouping metering blocks will be connected to two centralized primary metering blocks. Lubrication will be done by electrical driven grease pump 24VDC with timer controller.

This system includes the following main items:
- Battery Operated Grease Gun
- Grease dosing modules;
- Complete material for piping;
- Documentation of the system
- Supervising and commissioning of system (Optional)
- Installation for lubrication system (Optional)
