ProCal - Preventive Maintenance & Calibration Management System
Similar to Maximo (CMMS module) but much lower cost/ capital investment, ProcalV5 is more focused on Preventive maintenance (calibration and maintenance), reporting analytics, asset management and quality & compliance. The software includes following features:
- Asset Management: System, Equipment, Instrument Loops
- Manage asset tests and calibration, and work history. Calibration data (Instrument as found/as left) can be recorded manually or automatically.
- Export 1 week and 2 week look ahead planning schedule for Instrument preventive maintenance routine.
- Easily manage and execute Work orders, planned maintenance, ad-hoc maintenance, document management, spare-parts and inventory as standalone software or with existing ERP software.
- Digital approval for reports, documentation or workflow.
- Standardized reporting for audit and management of change.
ProCalV5 can be used as a standalone system or integrated with ERP or PMSs. We have many clients who use SAP, Maximo, Rockwell, Emerson but still use ProCalV5 for its engineering functionality. ProCalV5 is offered in 2 variants – ProCalV5 (Client/Server) or ProCal Direct (Cloud). Our cloud offering is unlimited user licenses.
